• Contract – When our clients need a skilled resource to fill a temporary gap within their IT organization, temporarily augment existing staff or consult with subject matter expertise on IT projects and initiatives, Tier One offers a quick to market solution.
• Contract to Hire Option – Offers our clients the ability to better evaluate job candidates prior to offering employment.  The candidate is contracted through Tier One and fills a position until such time our client decides to offer employment and convert the candidate to their employee.   
• Permanent Placement – Tier One sources candidates for direct hire to our clients.
